Can you tell us a little about your journey at Prouds?

“I’ve been with Prouds for five years and recently stepped into the Store Manager role. I absolutely love my team—they’re supportive, kind, and always greet customers with a smile. Helping people find jewellery that they’ll cherish forever is the best part of my job.”

What makes Prouds unique?

“We genuinely care about every customer who walks through the door. Whether it’s a special occasion or a spontaneous treat, we’re here to help them find something meaningful. One of the most unique requests we’ve had was turning an important item into a brooch—and we did everything we could to make it happen!”

What do you love most about your job?

“The customer interactions. I love hearing their stories and being part of their special moments. Jewellery is so personal, and it’s an honour to help people choose pieces that hold lasting memories.”

Any hobbies or interests outside of work?

“I’m a big Collingwood supporter and love spending time with my family and friends. I also love travelling—Italy has been my favourite destination so far, but I recently visited Japan, which was incredible!”

What’s something surprising about you?

“I’ve been studying to become a lawyer, and I’m very close to being admitted! But don’t worry—I’m not leaving Prouds just yet.”
